Ducati introduced the 750 GT in 1971 and it had a very successful racing debut at Imola. Note the Metalflake Orange paint and right side shift left side brakes. Only one front brake a Lockheed brake at that, not Brembo.  Cheesecake photo of bike and girl was common theme back then.

I believe I reached my Lifetime Limit on metalflake paint in 1977.

Pearls and metallics are OK but the giant flakes just cant do it any more.
