Open the instruments completely?

I want to attach a message to the clock face.
2007 Monster S2R
I've opened them before, but can't remember if I ended up with access to the clock faces.....

The 'openable' clusters allow access to the clock faces, yes

I've opened 2; one to fix condensation in the cluster, to find someone else had already been in there, or the Ducati factory, didn't have the sealing gasket sealed and seated properly; put back together after drying it in the sun on the window sill, and didn't have that problem again.
the other to add km / hour to the speedo; and made sure it was sealed properly after.
I recall you have to be carful taking them apart so you don't crack the plastic; not really serviceable , but its do-able to pry them apart. best of luck.
