I have not.  I always ran Dunlops on my CBR1000F (because of the front tire profile) but I don't know that I've ever had Michelins on a bike.  Yes, I know they are supposed to be the schnizzle... but I'm happy with my Diablos.

Not only do they stick better,  but you'll get slightly better rear tire life.

I strongly suggest you give them a try.
