Planning out the winter project here,

I'm pretty sure the sss from the s2r1000 will fit but will any from the hypers fit?

I'm pretty sure the Hypers are SBK style with the bearings in the swingarm.
Based on that, I'd say no, not without a lot of work.

S*R swingarm will fit if you swap the pivot shaft and rearsets.  Only issue beyond that is the exhaust won’t fit and you’ll need a Speedo-Healer type device...
