I have a 2009 696 where only 1 of the carbs has an air adjuster screw that turns. The other is either stuck welded or loctited. I am the original owner and the bike is in great shape. Any ideas? Do I sync the carbs with only 1 adjuster screw?

WD40 to the screw . . . let it sit, repeat, rinse repat... get the idea? try turn in it to either CWcor CCW to see if it's loosening . . . Do not turn more than 1/4 of a turn at a time

OK, I will give it a try. I'm assuming I need to adjust for idle speed first on both sides and then balance?
