In the market for a new jacket.  I like jackets without huge logos plastered across the chest/back, but most of those jackets I find aren't cut right to fit the monster riding position - that is, the chest area bunches up funny towards my sternum and chin when I lean in and reach to the bars.

for the record, I'm 5'10", 210 pounds, usually wear a 42R US jacket.  Live in SoCal, so the weather at worst gets into the low 40's and riding in the rain isn't usually a problem.

any suggestions for brands/models I should look to try on?

edit - minimal logos, not no logos at all.

The Blonde has a Rev'it jacket, and it's good stuff.

which one do you have?

Can't remember specifically, and its stored away right now. It's all leather, armoured, with the logo only on the front chest, but not too over the top

Here is a link to a picture of it here on the DMF... About halfway down the page. Blue and black.

It's an added cost option, but I'm thinking Anthony's Leatherworks may be able to de-graphic a jacket.
I've not spoken with them about that specific thing, but I would imagine it's common on race suits as sponsors come and go.

For if you find that *perfect* jacket that's equipped with a belligerent logo....

Dainese has quite a few options that aren't overly logo'd.

The Dainese "Darker" line is minimumilistic.  Not in price, of course. If you Google search, the Images tab pulls up some nice, less expensive options though. https://www.google.com/search?client=ms-android-samsung&source=android-home&source=hp&ei=LIlaXO_PHuyOggf1n5WwDg&q=dainese+darker+jacket&oq=dainese+dar&gs_l=mobile-gws-wiz-hp.1.1.0l2j0i22i30l3.2538.22382..33702...2.0..0.180.1455.3j10......0....1.......5..41j46i131i275j46i131j46j0i131j0i10.nDjkrEhgpgg
