What Maintenance to Expect with this 696?

There's a 696 available local to me.
2013
2,900 miles
Therefore, its been sitting around mostly for 5 years.
What maintenance would it likely need based on this limited info.?
I haven't gotten a response yet to the tire condition just told it's overall in "super clean condition".
