Anyone think Ducati will ever add a Monster 821 S to the lineup? I for one would love to have the single-sided swing arm, upgraded shocks, etc. of an "S" model without the added size and displacement of the 1200 S.

Not likely...the 821 is set to retire...939 supersport is essentially a monster 821 with a fairing and that comes in an s model and a sssa...I'm guessing that will be the next monster
With a rumored v4 Street fighter for 2020 I not sure what is slated for the 1200

I thought that was the rumor last year as well and it never came to fruition? Regardless, I'd be happy with that, since it would likely get all the goods in a more compact package. Need more options than the 1200 S/R...

The 821 Stripe had adjustable forks.  And a stripe!  Not sure if they still sell it. You could put a sssa on one from a wrecked 1200 (or the 939SS?). Monsters don't like to stay stock.  Evil
