I want to adjust the chain on my 2016 Monster 1200 R.

All the videos I see show two pinch bolts on the rear hub, I only see one on my 1200 R.

Furthermore, the 2014 Monster 1200 Service Manual instructs you to tighten the pinch bolts in a 1-2-1 fashion. These instructions would indicated that there are, in fact, two pinch bolts, correct?

Thanks

Go to ducati.com -> maintenance and have a look at the spare parts catalog and the owner's manual.  waytogo

Great suggestion, but I just did that and it showed nothing.

p.124 shows the parts, but not the view I need.

Thanks

Sorry, but I'm not seeing anything on the exploded view of the rear wheel spindle.

Thanks

You will need

 T60 Torx bit
http://www.sears.com/craftsman-t60-torx-bit-socket-1-2-in-drive/p-00934491000P
https://www.napaonline.com/p/CHQS12T60

1/2" drive ratchet handle (because all T60 socket are 1/2" drive)

eccentric hub tool

Tightening torque is 40 N·m or 29.50 ft-lb.

There's only one bolt, so 1-2-1 sequence does not apply.
