Very Nice!!! I have a Gen 2 1200 in the garage that i tour on

Is that a hyabusa or gixxer front suspension??? chug

Thanks Geno!  '92 GSX-R7-fitty front end.

I lowered the ride height a bit.  Meet up with an upholsterer after Barber Vintage Show.

I got some fork parts anodized, lowered the gauge, bolted up new clip-ons, ISR masters and switch clamps.  Full-floating rotor buttons from Motowheels too (0.5 lbs less rotating mass).  Headlight switch is on the inside end of the left clip-on.

(and yes, I straightened the headlight)

Now to CAD-up a throttle housing.

Throttle cam housing underway...I thought I came up with a unique design...I was wrong...a Japanese company makes almost exactly the same thing!

New throttle housing design:

Machined by James Forster (JJ Machine Works in the UK)

I was remiss in failing to mention that the machinist is one James Forster, not me!!

Where did that upper triple come from?

My design (saw something similar on the web?) and machined by James Forster as well.

I had a few minutes to bolt up the new throttle cam housing.  James Forster of JJ Machining in the UK (who also did my top triple clamp and carb caps) did the CAD (I drew pictures) and machining work.

Love the look of that bike. It's very similar to a bike I've been looking at, except in Kawasaki flavor
