'00 M750 Mikuni fuel pump rebuild

Had my carbs rebuild and since all that stuff was out of the way, I pulled the OEM fuel pump off and ordered a rebuild kit for it. Cracked it open this morning. this is what came out of it.



and this is what the kit contains. I've already installed the 2 check valves



The instructions say to sandwich both of the clear diaphragms with 2 gaskets and install on both top & bottom. I'm assuming the braced gasket are to replace the solid rubberish one that came out of it.

Can anyone confirm I'm on solid ground here? As always thanks in advance for the help.

You assume correctly, or at least that's what I did with mine and haven't had any issues out of it.
