Hey, here in a few months I will be packing up to start my life over in Phoenix. Wanted to start talking to people before hand tho Smiley I am moving to finish school and the only people I know down there is my Aunt, Uncle and cousins, so would be nice to meet some people, especially Ducati people  Cool

I think we are the least active local board.

It's hot in Phoenix...

People apparently ride, they just don't talk about it here.  I'm actually 3.5 hours away from Phoenix.

Everyone else seems to stop talking once they move to this state.  laughingdp

Probably too busy riding.

That's funny, I'm sure I'll meet more people once I'm down there. I remember seeing a nice 1098 when I was touring around the Superstitions

Hey welcome to Phoenix, you will be able to take advantage of the great weather here.  I agree, the hot weather is great for riding.  I live down in Chandler but have been riding up to and beyond Tortilla Flats on Tuesday's and Wednesday's.  That road is awesome (a little bumpy), but great twists and turns on the Apache Trail.

Hey DucDuc,
There's a pretty good group of Ducati riders here in Phoenix. Monster, Sport Classic, ST. We get together for garage days too. Not really sure why we haven't posted in AZDRA in so long. We used to be pretty active in here. Anyway, when you get to town, send me a PM. We'll be sure to include you in our ride emails.

I just met Mark, the Pres of Az Ducati club this weekend at Motogp. I'm super stoked. 5 more weeks. I have a job most likely secured, just need to find a nice townhouse or something.

Welcome, if you made it...
Great riding for about 8-9 months of the year.  Was out riding in 90 degrees this afternoon, and not too bad yet.  Mark is doing a great job of getting Duc heads to meet up here, and exciting things happening.

So is the new DOC now official?  Mark hasn't posted anything in the Meetup group about it.  Funny that you are the secretary and you don't even live here yet
