My 05 S4R was recovered two days ago she was stolen about 3 weeks back.  Not sure of the full condition as of now but I feel a bit off about keeping her.  I guess its the unknown that concerns me.  How hard was she riding, were they doing tricks, what if the clutch or bike has been abused so on and so on.  Their is a level of safety that a car braking down on you still has compared to if a bike fails.  I don't know just a lot of concerns and thoughts in my mind right now.  Has any of you every had a bike stolen and then recovered?

require a full thorough dealer inspection before you assume possession.

I wonder what can you do to keep the A-holes for coming back for the bike?  At this point they have a target know alot about the bike they had it for almost 3 weeks.

Get a dog and a gun.

I have both and my bike was stolen last week. Not sure about the motor but a lot of cosmetic damage.
