Just kidding.   Grin

I am sure the Abarth is a hoot to drive - just curious, did you test drive the Mini?

I was just about to say the same thing.  The Mini Cooper is proven, well built, and very well priced.  The S is AMAZING out of the box.

Has anyone driven one?

Driven one of what?
Your question is confusing.

If you're asking if anyone has driven an Abarth, yes, I have.
My gf owns one, and it sits in our garage every night.

I have not seen an Abarth on the street yet.  Want to hear the sound.

Fly to Colorado, sit outside my house.
Eventually, you will hear it.

Or, you could look on YouTube.  Grin

Blade cutter- can you by any chance share info on cost of maintenance so far such as oil, brakes etc whatever scheduled maintenance ?  I am researching this car in hopes of purchasing one day n trying to learn cost of ownership other than the price.

Only problem I have is that it's front drive.  Tough for the front to do traction and steering optimally.   My friend has one and says he has to be careful not to break it loose on turns.   I'll drive it next week and report.  Evil

How do say this nice in englisch , nonsence
I have a Abarth with 200hp on board and it has no understear
About 90% of european cars are frontdriven and most of them are beter in corners than lets say something made in your great country

bring it over and you'll be taken to task on that statement.  I've never bought a car in Europe but have driven many, including Porsche and they all appeared to be reluctant compared to the identical ones here.

No costs as of yet, since it only hit 2400 miles this past weekend.

Cost of oil is for 4 quarts of synthetic 5W-40, plus an oil filter.
I will do the services on it myself, so if you're going to pay for the services at a dealer, your costs will be higher.

Best place to ask is a dealer.

Oil change interval is every 6 months, or 8k miles.
Timing belt needs to be replaced every 152k miles, and no, that is not a typo.
Engine air filter is every 30k, IIRC.
Brake vary on how hard you are on them. My gf is a lot softer on brakes than I am.
