Hey there. I am new to the forum and need some help. I will post my question on the proper board though. I have owned my 696 since 2009 and live in Texas. I love owning the Duc. They are RARE around here. I live in a town that is a HD mecca. However, the HOGs always like the bike and ask me about it and are pretty cool.

I rode over a dozen bikes before deciding on my little Monster. It's been very good to me and I put a lot of miles on it. I ride all year long. I bought a display model (not a demo) with stainless Termi's. It sounds great. Put Rizoma bars, CRG bar-end mirrors, Pazzo adjustable levers and some ProGrip Gel grips on her. Working on putting an STM slave cylinder on now (hence the Tech question).

Aside from tech help, I'm looking find other riders in the area (New Braunfels, San Marcos, San Antonio and Austin) to ride with and hit up some bike nights.

There's a Tx hill country local section - you might stick a head in there
