As per title really roadracing underbelly exhaust systems, has there been any for sale lately? Is there anything I need to look out for?

Any info or links to any specifications etc would be handy. I’m struggling to pinpoint info. Im aware they been out of business a long time but info on them seems very hard to find.

Best I can do is people love them or hate them.  They are on the loud side, rob ground clearance and, if I remember correctly, mostly cosmetic verses performance upgrade.  I have no idea how they get repacked.

Hello. Yes from pics I seen they do seem a more cosmetic mod though seems some have had ok results performance wise . Look nice polished up. Very few pics mainly ones I find are from the 900. I assume the 600/750 ones won’t fit the 900 due to header length being too short for the 900?

Pic of it as i brought it. Will get some autosol and wire wool to try knock back the heat tarnishing So it’s more presentable. Not sure if I’ll get all the stainless parts polished up yet. Would look better but all depends on cost.

Available is 80 grit and 180 grit, in an electric drill will clean up the stainless nicely.

Cheers. I’ll look into something similar in the U.K. higher grit sounds good so don’t then have to polish for 10 years after  Roll Eyes Grin

Thanks. With bit more polishing on the stainless parts on the silencers and would come up just as well. Ran out of materials atm though .

It's great when you can score discontinued, rare, period performance parts that were catalogue accessories of the time. I came across round alloy Termi pipes for my M900 which were DP parts from 93'-95'. I can't emphasise the delight upon recognizing them for what they were, sheer nostalgia, but they are rough. Those RR pipes have survived time so well.

Definitely a good feeling that’s for sure. Also when you find something that someone doesn’t realise what it is. Your right I think they have faired well too. But There is a bit of damage on it just not seen in the pics I posted.

See the marks from contact with the ground, not seen when fitted mind. I just think of it as already clearanced  Grin

Well hopefully potential buyers think the same way. They will be up for sale soon. Hopefully goes to someone who will enjoy them.
