Have you tried greenmonsters approach (waitingfor 5 minutes or so)? I suppose I would have to pay for an upgrade to allow rapid download ...

Perhaps this will help:
1. Click on the link: https://rapidshare.com/files/2070588556/Showa_blues_modifikationer_English_edit2_2011.pdf
2. When the page loads, scroll all the way down to the bottom.
3. At the lower right corner, click on the grey box that says "FREE-DOWNLOAD".
4. A grey 'progress bar' will grow from the left, as it counts down from 5:00.
5. Revel in the irony of having to wait for 5 minutes to start a download from a website named RapidShare. [laugh]
6. After the 5 minutes is up, the grey 'progress bar' will turn green, and the grey box on the right will turn green, and say "DOWNLOAD NOW".
7. Click on that green button, and it will download the PDF.
