796/1100 SSS for a 696?

hi, I posted this on the tech section but i figured it also fits in here. Im planning on buying a 696 over summer and fitting a SSS to it is one the mods i really need to do. has anyone tried fitting a 796/1100 SSS or in fact, any other single swingarm to a 696? could you give me some help and/or advice?
