I just wanted to share this cool motorcycle rider emoticon I saw for the first time.

Is there a way to save it and use it later?

I can see it now! That's awesome! Who do we have to appeal to in order to have that added to the DMF official smiley list?

    Any idea who owns it?

Some came with the smf software.

The ones we added came from a free site.

I'd like to add this one, but the site it's hosted on doesn't give any info on re-use, only if it's copyrighted you have to own it to upload it to that site. I haven't seen this one on any of the 'free' sites.

Would "fair use" be applicable since this is not a for profit venture? I'd IMAGINE that since no profits are made, the owners (if there are any) would just say "take it down."
