I hear they're still giving out questionable loans.  Just go in with a $20 bank check to the closing.  When they all look at you funny you just respond with "What?  You all send $20 down right?"

The track will be all yours.

Don't make any payments and complain that the the economy has gone bad and they need to adjust the principle.   Wink

Then give us a call and we'll all test the track.

That only works if you're either:
(A) Already rich and have connections on Wall Street
or
(B) A corporation
