A few of us are heading out to Bowie tomorrow morning for a jaunt.  We'll probably be meeting out there around ten-thirty.  And with Lars not being there, the pace will probably be a bit more sane...

Let me know if you're interested.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Didn't get a picture of the Aprillia Shiver that showed up (a really nice bike IMO), but the guy wasn't very friendly anyways so screw him! Probably thought we'd steal his girlfriend what with our awesome fashion sense and general joie de vivre!

what ended up being the cause of the failure of the Ben's Yeller Duk that caused the "Murican Eyetalyun film" epic?

Fuel pump feeder hose, the one in the tank, disconnected itself.  We were able to get it sorted that day, and finish the ride.  Thanks again to Lars and Steve.  Jim's still an ass.

As nice looking as the other two bikes are, the 900 really stands out. What a pretty bike.   waytogo

The current crop of Ducs are nice, but boy, the mid 90s truly were a golden age.

Ben, glad your bike got sorted - the ethanol and/or self-disconnecting inside-tank fuel lines are sometimes a problem on 1098's.

That vid was great - for the first half of it it looked like the dude wrenching (Lars?) had a red thong peeking out of his leathers.  I was laughing my a$$ off.

Ok, weather is looking really good for the coming weekend, with a forecasted am temp in the low 60s for Sunday morning. That's almost WV temps.
