I need to check the measurement after this fork swap/triple setup.

I need to know the distance between the bottom of the lower triple, and the axle center line.  Also, I don't have a stock triple anymore, so if someone could please confirm the thickness of the bottom triple as well.  That might be what is throwing me completely off.

It's about 20 1/4" from axle centerline to bottom of steering head (frame).

Forks fully extended.

Alternatively, 10 5/8" of fork leg below the bottom of steering head (frame).

Thickness of the bottom triple clamp is 1-3/16", and 1-9/16" at the thicker part where it clamps the fork tubes.
Hope that is what you needed.

Hmmm...

With 4 lines showing on the top of the forks I can get 19.5" from the bottom of the head to the centerline of the axle.  Thats with the bike sitting on it's own weight.  Not sure what static sag should be.....but I doubt it's 25mm! I guess I need to hurry up, get the bike off the build stand and on the ground so I can check the height.

Thanks guys for the measurements!
