Firestone Walker DBA. Good stuff, and available most everywhere. And this time of year Widmer Burrr Seasonal Ale is REALLY good.

It was my first taste of beer. And now it's not sold where I live so of course I want it.

Alternatively, I go for the other fine Irish stout

I actually have a long list of favorites including Old Speckled Hen and Old Peculiar.

Can't go wrong with a Bells beer.

Recent favorites are the Sam's Noble Pils, Horny Goat selections, and Southern Tier ales.

And there's always something from the hometown brewery in the fridge: http://www.schellsbrewery.com/

Guinness, of course, when I go out.  At home, I like Hofbrau.  Tough to find in some areas but overall, it's a lot easier to find these days.

When it's payday & if the money's not gone already, I treat myself to a Gulden Draak on tap down at The Raven. It's a dark Belgian Tripel that's really tasty; click the pic to beer geek out:

Harpoon IPA, this was my favorite while going to school in Boston.  I try to get it whenever I go back east for the holidays, they don't currently distribute anywhere on the west coast.

I like a lot of the Harpoon beers. One thing I miss about the west coast is New Belgium beers. Specifically Fat Tire and 1554..

Going to Japan in about 6 weeks. I've had Sapporo in a can and bottle here. Looking forward to having it on draft there...
