happy memorial day weekend

If you go ride have fun and think of me!   I am sure I am going to be chucking concrete and lumber all day long. (work at Lowe's)  Don't people know they are supposed to rest on these holiday weekends.  Anyways  I might head out and putz around monday morning seeing I have it off.  Not sure how much riding I will get in this summer seeing as June and July are packed full of school and work.

Too bad you are all cooped up.  I won't be riding much on the street for at least another month.  The yellow beast won't be home for another 4 weeks at least.  Time to dry dock the old war horse and do some work on her.  Most of my riding will be trackside.

I was out on Salmon Falls/HWY 49 yesterday around 10am.  It was pretty clear up and down all the way to Auburn.  Maybe it was just early, but there didn't seem to be too many people, cars or motorcycles.  Cops seemed to be out in force though, as there was a couple riding two up being ticketed on the side of El Dorado Hills Blvd.
