I would not consider that bike converted to a dual sport, merely a bike with the wrong tires and downgraded brakes.  Good news is the old parts come with the bike.

I should have said an attempt. In addition to the brakes and tires, the switch to spoked wheels also seem to fit the intent of making it at least look like a dual sport.

In addition to being completely ridiculous looking, it's gotta ride like complete shit. The only benefit is that the flex in that swingarm will likely act as a spring on that rigid rearend...
