@ foggy123, what are your engine mods?

Pretty simple-
996 st4s motor (now 1080)
1000 crank (balanced for rods/pistons)
916 MBP red heads
506 cams
Lightened flywheel
Motowheels slipper
K&N pod filters
Stock FI  Tongue
Power commander dual map (individual cylinders)
Compression just under 13:1 so Premium gas.

How did you deal with the piston height at TDC due to the longer crank?

Cylinders were shimmed up with base gaskets.
Bigger problem was using a 916 heads on 996.  New holes and smaller CC had to be opened up.

Bruce Myers did the build.

OK, a base gasket 'shim' was what I was going to do.

I'll have to deal with belt length somehow.

Do you mean 916 SBK heads or 916 S4 heads?

916 s4 heads were used.  stm adjustable pulleys.
Another thing is belt covers won't work the same way so not running them.

Smiley thank bud

Couple of questions.

What size frame plugs work on our bikes? I've been looking at them for a minute now and think some red ones would really add to my bike. Also what do you do to lower the dash?

Man oh man. I'm needing a ride on that bike in a hurry. For more go-fast motor ideas, try picking the brains of the MBP guys, or Ducshop in Atlanta. They do go fast stuff. OR give your bike to me, and i will ride the buisiness right out of it, and at least ONE of us will be quite thrilled with the experience.
