First
Remove the "old wheel" (13) Grin
Switch the disc (15) to the "new" wheel (can be from a ST or a 900SSie or a Monster S4)

Then, remove the sprocket carrier (21) and take off the rubber thing (27) and the washer (25) Grin

Insert the washer (machined with inner diameter of 30mm and 1,5mm wide - the outer diameter is 33mm but can be more) inside the part 22. Keep the coin to take a coffee after the assembly  coffee

Now, the part 22 (standart comes from inside to outsite) will take place in the sprocket carrier (21)

Pic a nice tire and mount it  Grin
(In my case a Continental ContiSportAttack)

Put the wheel on place and... That´s it  waytogo

Have fun  [moto]

Me thinks the wheel will be offset to the left of the bike by about 5 mm, have you checked the centre line alignment to the front wheel ?

Looks great, you did a good job waytogo

No we haven´t check  Embarrassed
All the measurement we did give us 22,3cm (same as standart).

So, on the left, the wheel is in contact with Caliper hanger - as previous 4.5" was.

I didn´t notice any trouble on corners because 5mm is a huge tolerance and it will be feel, I think.

BTY how is the status for your machineny thing?

I have not done the machining, the wheel will be sent in for widening instead.

I have the same 5 spoke as you, but decided to have the 3 spoke widened instead, ( could not find a 5 spoke front ) the company doing it does a lot of racing wheel repairs and straightening so there will be no problem.

So how about that black rim stripe waytogo
