Recently resotored 1966 250 Mk.3 seen at "Bikes in the Bottom" at Poe's Pub in Richmond, VA this AM. My 1965 factory road racer never looked this good!  :) Ran beautifully and sounded great too when it rode away after brunch!

Anyway, just a couple from the return trip:

I skipped the ferry crossing and opted for the long way around; turned out to be the correct choice.  That's Lake Roosevelt in the background.



In front of the Grand Coulee Dam.  Not the best day to be snapping a pic in front of such a thing, but I snuck away before the security dude could catch up to me.

Not as far over as I'd like to be, I was taking her easy that day. I had a friend with me that went down recently and had a bit of the first ride jitters.

Nope..... its granite road up in the hills east of Bako.... on the way up to glennville. A
nice place to let a 999 run free.

I hate that thing too, only the mid pipe is a little on the spendy side.

If you look very closely you can see my Sport 1000S in this picture.  Once you find it you can see the termi Pipes I had installed 2 weeks ago.
