we haven't been riding. G not at all. Me once per year. so two bikes and a trailer for insurance and registration etc. we sail a lot and we've put 25,000 miles on the Ferrari since we got it. so time for the bikes to go. Happy people got the trailer and Kevins old track bike and G's 620 monster street/track thing for great prices. I debate servicing the RS and powder coating the swingarm vs. selling it with the rash and belts due. Lots of people looking thinking it's a friendly street cruiser... er, no. (if it were we'd keep it... might get (gasp) a big Harley.... but honestly road trips in the smokeys in the convertible are just as fun (I must be getting old)

Court sucks. building closed so we do some hearings but not many. down about 20K/mo. (which is not the real issue. the real issue is the state taking kids and nobody being able to fight it well. (others look at it as lots of abuse happening that nobody catches because schools are closed)). did I just do imbedded parenthetical? ugh.

but the DMF server fund is fine as the track bike sale will prop it up.

Ugh.. morning... woke at 5am... aware of a remote.... chirp. Single chirp every minute or so. After standing on one leg with my eyes closed (this improves hearing focus ) in various locations around the house.... eventually determined the annoyance was coming from the apparently life-expired CO detector in the garage. Maybe I'll dig a hole any bury it in the back yard later @$#!More now required.

Good morning Statler All others too, of course. Smoke detectors pick the worst times to act up. They seem to know when you have no batteries too.

Morning I hate that chirp. My dog(s) hate that chirp. Of course the worst possible scenario happened after getting boxer brian home from major surgery, get him comfy in bed in front of the fire and that muther fffff'er started chirping. 10' up. Panic, sutures ripped open, clanky metal ladder adding to the chaos... And then they keep chirping after the batteries are out. ugh. Sorry your slumber was interrupted Ung! And Hi to Statler! Thank you for doing what you do!! Sounds like it has become much more challenging. In other news: the upheaval I have created for myself continues to evolve but still moving forward with various hiccups but it's still for the best so there's that.

...sealed unit.
So it's been properly crushed to dust and shipped back to the manufacturer with an angry letter about the insanity of such built-in-battery products?
