I am waiting for more info from the Ducati MotoClub.  Dusty and I volunteered to work the Hill Climb on Sunday and do something around the Ducati FanFest area Friday night, so that is where I will be heading as soon as I get out of work at 6PM.  If I hear of official parking for Ducs, I will post it up.  If not, I will watch the board to see where everyone else is parking so I can hook up with you all.

Myself and another rider will be downtown around 5:30PM for the PPIHC FanFest.  We'll be wandering around anyway checking out all the other vehicles, but we'll definitely stop by the Ducati booth (though we're not really sure exactly where that'll be...).  Yay! -Sarah

The info I have is that the arrival time is 2PM, but the event time is 5PM to 10PM.  The entrance is at Nevada and Bijou.  The Ducati space is on Tejon, north of Bijou.  I am not sure that everyone on a bike is allowed past the entrance gate, but you can try, by saying you are with the Ducati group.  The "official" volunteers were sent a pass which is not even guaranteed to get us into the area.  We were told if would help if we are wearing ducati gear and riding a ducati.   applause  I'll be getting there sometime around 7PM.  Looking forward to seeing you all!

I am so disappointed that I can't attend any of the festivities this year.  Started a new job a month ago and I work 6PM to 6AM Wed - Sat.  I don't have any PTO accumulated to take off.  Thanks for the pictures, Ducatitorrey!  I was there in spirit, jonesing for the Ducati tent.  I wanted to work the Hill Climb again, but it just wasn't meant to be, at least this year.   Cry

*gasp* If that is you, Jim, CONGRATULATIONS.   applause

You should post the Monster for sale on the forums, too.

(and if this is not you, I blame Mike).   Embarrassed

Pretty sure it's Ducati Torrey based on the Michigan, new tires and mods references, check out the posting.....

http://cosprings.craigslist.org/mcy/2634718363.html

Still sucks to have to sell your bike cause of a kid....I understand a man has to do what a man has to do.....

I once sold a bike cause of a divorce.....man that hurt pretty bad at the time.....in hindsight the divorce was needed and now I have a better bike

Farfegnugen  Huh?
Volkswagen's Audi Group has purchased Ducati !!!!
Here is a quick link to one article:
http://www.latimes.com/business/autos/la-fi-autos-audi-ducati-20120419,0,3837943.story
What does this mean for the future of Ducati ?
It could be a good or bad thing depending on your perspective and more importantly what direction VW decides to take Ducati.......
Post up and let evrybody know your thoughts and feeling on the matter.
I think it will be a positive thing based on waht I have read, but I guess only time will tell.

I can think of worse scenarios.  Hopefully, they will have the good sense to preserve the loyal fan base by making the purchase transparent.

Hope everyone is doing great in Colorado.  I miss Sunday mornings at Montague's.  I am doing some riding over here in Charleston, but haven't hooked up with any Duc riders yet.  Too busy working.

Did anybody make it down to Pueblo last weekend June 30th - July 1st for the MRA race?
Heard Shane Turpin riding a Ducati set a new track record on a newly paved racing surface.  applause
Also heard it was over 100 deg.
Wanted to head down but had to many things to do around the house.  boo
