Hmmm.
All I need is a place to park the bike and a little corner to set up "the brewery". Grin

Anybody need a jack-of-all-trades technician in Dallas? Electronics, electro-mechanical, Radar, CCTV & matrix switches, field service, cable runs, Desktop and Systems support, etc ad nauseum. You pay me, I work on it. If I don't know it already, I figure it out. Cool

The Warehome would be a great place for a microbrewery/pub.

No seriously Murduc, think about it: Warehouse/Industrial business zoning (beer making is industrial, right?) which by definition means no pesky, whinny residential neighbors to go poppin' off to the cops at 3am when the music gets "too loud..."  Plus, the place is easily accessible from I-35 and Hwy114.

I mean the Warehome , just as it sits right now, has plenty of brewpub amenities like a 20,000 sq//ft dance floor (just need some minor rearanging), hot tub, tiki torches, patio furniture,  crankin' stereo (maybe we outta look into gettin' a DJ?  Randy prolly won't want to do it...) a reasonably friendly Doberman Pincher to help with the "rowdys" and two roll-down garage seige doors at the loading dock entrances.

Dude, I'm tellin' you - this has potential.  Roll your bike in for service, plop in the hot tub, drink some sort of flaming drink floating by in a coconut with a goofy umbrella on the top, hop out and dance with the several dozen more gearheads loitering about waiting for the next batch of killer Chocolate Ale.

Like God's own little slice of heaven.  Right here!  Right NOW!!!

I think her point is, when your in a hot tub, your drink should contain ice.
Be it Scotch, Bourbon, or flaming Fu-Fu, it needs to stay cold.

I can't really argue with that logic.

Well, the last time I remember sitting in a hot tub at a party with coconut flaming drinks floating by, there were at least two belly dancers and this totally creepy 9' long white python (not in the hot tub of course. They may have gotten in later but seriously, that'd have been just too weird).  I would have to say then, in retrospect, that there wasn't even one thing STG about that place... Even the party-goers were completely on the up and up.

So yeah, why would flaming drinks in the hot tub at the new LSD Brauhaus/Club House pose people any real problems?  You can't be expected to drink beer ALL the time.
