Wearing, eh?...   Well, I'm just flattered that you'd like to know.  Right now I'm wearing an iron pony t-shirt, red sox hat, jeans, and flip flops....

Oh, for gear?  OK

Helmet: Shoei RF1000
Gloves: Held Thrux
Jacket/Suit: A* Stunt, or Tecknic Prowler
Pants: A* track pants, or Cortech Jeans
Boots: Sidi
Back protector: Joe Rocket
Underneath: The same undergarmets I specified above, before I knew we were talking about gear.
Wear earplugs?: Sometimes
Accessories (backpacks, sunglasses, foggy respro, etc.): LLBean escape backpack sometimes...  Would rather strap it to the bike, though.

Helmet:  Arai Astral X
Gloves:  Schoeller Racer (everyday), Alpinestars (cold weather)
Jacket/Suit:  First Gear Kilimanjaro two-piece jacket & pants w/removable liners
Pants:  See above
Boots:  Sidi airs for everyday, Alpinestars SMX for serious hammerin'
Back Protector:  Integrated pad in the First Gear jacket, Dainese back protector in my full leathers for track days
Underneath:  Regular street clothes, t-shirt, jeans, etc., sweatshirt if it's ultra cold
Earplugs:  I'm half deaf already so I don't bother with earplugs.  Wind noise never bothers me.
Accessories:  Oakley "Nicky Hayden" sunglasses, knitted neck thingy for the really cold mornings, Joe Rocket backpack when needed

Overall review:  The First Gear stuff has been first-rate excellent in all weather and just fabulous gear.  Removable liners give me the versatility needed for changing conditions.  The Schoeller gloves are fantastic, comfortable, have worn well, and are now faded beyond belief.  Wish I could find another set.  After a stint in an Icon helmet, I switch to the Arai when my gf got hers and I found out how incredibly light it was.  Great helmet.  All in all, I'd buy each piece again if I had to.
