I believe that most of the money raised in the auctions go to the La Honda Fire Department. I've really enjoyed the rides I've taken down in the coastal range - I belive just above half-moon bay area. "Skyline Drive" I might have it confused with "Ridge", but that road is fun and very scenic. Not necessarily the place for a white knuckle ride, but a fun ride none-the-less. Alice's - bring a camera as lot's of snap-worthy autos and bikes gather in the area - not to mention all the cool stuff at the show. I'm coaching my son's soccer team this year, so I'll have to see later on if I'll be able to atten, but highly recommended. -m |
